Delicious subs made one at time, friendly service!

No frills sub shop....laid back beachy vibe...subs were fantastic...super friendly staff

Loved it very fresh oh and get the spicy relish on sub....great!

If your in Atlantic beach it is a great place to get subs never had a bad sub from there

Charles the owner and his staff are polite, fast and know how to make a delicious sub. I highly recommend for lunch any day!

This place is awesome. Great food and great people too!

We come every year and the food is very good. This year however they didn’t make any of our order because their were not enough ingredients to make one of the 5 sandwiches we ordered. Fine, I can wait and order something different. Worse though, was that none one of the three employees were wearing masks, which made me feel uncomfortable since they’re handling my food. I’m saddened to say that I’ve always enjoyed this place but the experience left me with an unpleasant and unprofessional feeling. I don’t believe I’ll be back.

This place cuts their meats and cheeses right in front of you. It’s so fresh and they are very accommodating to specific orders. Always delicious and friendly staff.

The island fish wrap is fantastic, the outside seating is cute, I also had the iced coffee which was refreshing . The ladies working were so friendly and treated us so well. Definitely recommend to anyone by the beach! (Also have a couple veggie options for non meat eaters)

Subtropics has the freshest subs and wraps on the island! Always great service with a smile! A favorite of the locals and it shows because they remember most customers that come through the door.

5 stars for tasty subs and shakes. Plus big signage for distancing during COVID. 1 star for all 3 employees not wearing masks. Seriously, please put ‘em on. Thank you.

Eaten there many times. Owner is awesome and very friendly with the customers. While we were eating, the owner came out and sat with us for about 5 minutes. He is like a local historian and very interesting. Service was excellent.

The guy preparing the meat was not wearing gloves. The subs were pretty good.

Really good subs! We had a quick lunch here through the week and it was worth it. We got a Cuban and Spicy Italian and loved them both. I would definitely go here again!

Fantastic sandwiches at a great price! Hands down the best Italian sub I have ever tasted, and the Cuban is particularly good as well.

Really yummy subs perfect after a day at the beach, their Cubans are really good. I took an updated pic of the menu they had up but on their board its actually $5 a half, $9.50 whole, and the Cuban was $7...

Wraps are my favorite, staff is super friendly, prices are very reasonable for such fresh ingredients ! As a local, I await their re-opening every season !
